Meghan Johnson grew up in Eau Claire, Wisconsin with a passion for health and wellness. At a young age, her parents taught her how to lead an athletic and healthy lifestyle. She spent most of her childhood doing any and every sport her parents would allow; eventually she discovered the passion she had for swimming and lifting. Once it was time for Meghan to attend college, she decided to swim for Saint Cloud State University in Minnesota. She graduated with a degree in Philosophy and Political Science; she plans to attend law school in the Fall of 2018. You can still occasionally find Meghan swimming butterfly in the pool, but since moving to the sunny state of Arizona she enjoys having a longer outdoor season full of running and hiking.
Brenda Frederikson was born and raised in Scottsdale, AZ. For as long as she can remember, she has been passionate about helping people. She's thankful that her parents taught her how to lead an athletic lifestyle. Most of her childhood was spent playing soccer, softball, and her favorite sport volleyball. During college, Brenda taught step aerobics and enjoyed trail running. She graduated from ASU with a B.S. in Marketing. After spending several years in the corporate world of business, Brenda had a life changing medical event that eventually inspired her to return to true wellness care. These days outside of the office, you can find Brenda coaching at WildFire CrossFit in North Phoenix, where she specializes in kid programs and beginner bootcamps.
Jared was born and raised in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. His grandfather was a massage therapist for 40 years in Wisconsin and served as an inspiration for Jared to take up the profession. Jared graduated from Cortiva Institute in Scottsdale where he was awarded the Thomas Shea award for dedication, excellence, and leadership. He takes great pleasure in education and helping others. Looking forward, he has his sights on a degree in sports medicine and a minor in education.
I was 39 years old and about to start all over. I needed to do something where I was helping people get healthy, with a focus on prevention and taking a holistic approach. I needed to do something where I could be my own boss, set my own hours, did something that helped people, and have time for my family. Getting my massage therapy license quickly found itself at the top of the list. And I love what I do! Please make no mistake, I’m NOT a “fluff and buff” massage therapist! I really take a holistic approach and seek to resolve the true causes of pain and dysfunction. Usually that involves scar tissue (from trauma or repetitive use) that needs to get broken down using deep tissue / myofascial release therapies.
At the core, I believe that we are all meant to live vibrant lives free from pain and dysfunction – all we have to do is just get the body back into balance and moving the way it was designed to move. Everyday I get to help my clients feel better, move better, and live better. And I am truly grateful for people believing in me and trusting me! Thank you!

Sonya and tlc is great. I have always hated chiropractic in the past but they totally turned my views around. They actually care about your total wellness and life. It's a strong community and they always have had the best support staff like Meghan and Nicole etc.
